Events Witnessed:

8:20- Man with Jordanian passport stopped, has phone checked.

8:24- Pick-up jeep # 667 836 arrives from direction of Bet El with three soldiers.

8:27- Commercial 'Pinai" truck checked but not searched. Ten minutes later jeep # 610 765 moves a concrete block and allows the truck through, then moves block back.

8:40- Young man is detained because he doesn’t own an ID his father is out of the country and he just turned the age when he can get the ID without his father.

9:30- Young man without ID in released after 50 minutes of standing.

9:42- Jeep # 610 780 arrives from direction of Bet El with three soldiers.

9:45- Soldier takes driver's ID, keeps it in his pocket for 10 minutes without looking at it before returning it.

9:58- Jeep # 610 780 leaves toward Bet El with same three soldiers.

10:15- Soldiers make fun of a Muslim man with a long beard.

10:40- A young man led forcefully and roughly behind jeep, padded down legs spread. ICW monitor gets the man’s first name, Raed, before the soldiers refuse to allow furhter communication with the man. Raed's hands are bound by plastic handcuffs and he is made to crouch between concrete blocks in different positions. A man with Raed is detained seperately, also searched the same way and made to sit seperately. Soldiers say only that Raed is wanted.

11:00- Another young is man rigorously searched and bound like Raed. Soldiers will say nothing about it.

12:30- ICW Monitors leave and both Raed and the other young man are still there.
