On the International Day of Education, Scholars for Palestine UK and the Right to Education Campaign at Birzeit University invite you to join the online event:
“Confronting Genocide in Palestine: The role of UK scholars and beyond”
Time: January 24th, 5:00 pm UK, 7:00 pm Palestine time
The event will be highlighting Israel’s systematic assault against the higher education sector in Palestine as one dimension of Israel’s genocidal campaign against Palestinian civic and social infrastructure, and what scholars in the UK and beyond can do to help.
Please join us for an online discussion with Rafeef Ziadah (Kings College London), Mazen Masri (City, University of London), Samia al-Botmeh (Birzeit University), and Abdel Razzaq Takriti (Rice University), moderated by Omar Al-Shehabi (University of Leeds).
