Palestinian sources in the southern West Bank city of Hebron reported on Wednesday evening (21/5/08) that Israeli soldiers arrested five school students in Al Arroub Refugee Camp, north of Hebron.
The Palestinian News Agency, WAFA, reported that soldiers arrested the five youth in front of Al Arroub Secondary School for Boys after claiming that they hurled stones at them.
Palestinian security sources reported that Israeli soldiers initially detained dozens of students and took them to Atzion military camp for interrogation.
Later on, soldiers released 12 students. The five who remained in detention were identified as Anas Al Mizyin, 17, Dia Al Yaoury, 17, Sohaib Ibrahim, 17, Hamza Jawabra, 17 and Amin Abdul-Ghaffar, 14.
