CALL TO ACTION, Right to Education Campaign, 14 September 2010
CALL TO ACTION: Right to Education International Week of Action
15th-22nd November 2010
We demand that Palestinian rights are recognised.
We demand that the international community insist on Israel’s compliance with international law.
We now call upon student groups who stand in solidarity with the struggle for Palestinian rights to participate in the Right to Education International Week of Action, a vision which emerged from the recent Right to Education International Student Conference.
A primary goal of the Week of Action is to allow Palestinian students and academics a platform to share knowledge and experience of the Palestinian struggle for education and to call for an end to the denial of Palestinian educational rights as an objective of Israel’s occupation of Palestine.
To participate in the week, receive additional information, materials or advice, or to submit ideas for the Week of Action, please contact the Right to Education Campaign – Birzeit University.

Right to Education International Student Conference
Call for delegates, Right to Education Campaign, 20 May 2010
The Right to Education Campaign, endorsed by the Palestinian Campaign for the Academic and Cultural Boycott of Israel (PACBI) and the The Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions Campaign National Committee (BNC), are pleased to issue a call for participants to the first international conference in Palestine on student activism, to be held on the 27th and 28th of July 2010 at Birzeit University.
We hope that students from around the world who are engaged in Palestine solidarity activism will attend the conference. This conference will provide a much needed forum to share knowledge and experiences as well as discussing future strategies.
In addition the campaign will be arranging visits to various West Bank cities for the three days prior, and the three days following, the conference. These are open to any delegates who are attending the conference as individuals and not part of a group.
If you would like to attend please complete the following application form: http://tinyurl.com/r2e-conf-app
We are still finalising the conference agenda and would welcome your suggestion. To make any additions the agenda please email us at right2edu@birzeit.edu
